My love for Shiatsu in Richmond began eight years ago when I started my training at the international shiatsu school in the beautiful surroundings of the Swiss Alps. Since then I have been practicing Shiatsu, Macrobiotic and yoga, building up a busy practice in Sardinia, my motherland. I have also attended Shin Tai (postural adjustments) courses with Saul Goodman. Since graduating from the British School of Shiatsu-do in London, I have completed my studies and I attend workshops regularly to better myself. I am also a graduate member of the Shiatsu Society.
